ggg7 Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ggg7 ("we", "us", "our", "Company", "Operator"), a Philippine-based online gaming platform operating under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By accessing or using ggg7 services at ggg7.cam or any associated domains, mobile applications, or platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access ggg7 services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a gaming or betting outcome offered by ggg7.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other incentive offered by ggg7 to Users.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds by a User into their ggg7 Account.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, or other gambling product offered on the ggg7 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing ggg7.
• "Platform" means the ggg7 website, mobile site, and any related software or applications.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's ggg7 Account to their designated payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account with ggg7 or use any of our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are 21 years of age or older;
• You are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gambling;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

ggg7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with ggg7. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual or household, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit any balances or winnings. You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number;
• Choose a secure password and keep it confidential;
• Immediately notify ggg7 of any unauthorized use of your Account;
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account;
• Not allow any other person to use your Account;
• Not transfer, sell, or gift your Account to any third party.

2.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

While ggg7 primarily serves users in the Philippines, we are legally permitted to accept players from other jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of ggg7 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. If you access ggg7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and ggg7 disclaims all liability.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balances

3.1 Deposits

ggg7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Landbank), and over-the-counter payment centers (7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and account verification level. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name;
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure;
• ggg7 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose charges;
• Deposits are typically credited instantly, but processing times may vary by payment method;
• All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account, except in cases of technical error or as required by law.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name;
• Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000.00 or at ggg7's discretion;
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya within 1 hour (business hours), bank transfers within 1-2 business days;
• ggg7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals;
• Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawals are permitted;
• Anti-money laundering regulations require that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal;
• ggg7 reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on ggg7 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). If you deposit using a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate, and your payment provider may charge conversion fees.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. ggg7 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of ₱100.00 per month on dormant accounts with a remaining balance. You will be notified via email before any such fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

ggg7 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are granted at ggg7's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time;
• Only one bonus per User, per household, per IP address, per device unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus winnings can be withdrawn;
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10-20%);
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with bonus funds (typically ₱100-₱300 per spin or hand);
• Bonus funds expire after a specified period (typically 7-30 days) if wagering requirements are not met;
• ggg7 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if bonus terms are violated or if bonus abuse is detected.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements;
• Using betting strategies or patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics;
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses with no intention of genuine play;
• Any other activity deemed by ggg7 to be an attempt to gain unfair advantage.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension or permanent closure.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and honestly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets;
• Collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors;
• Card counting, pattern recognition, or other advantage-play techniques in live dealer games;
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation;
• Abusive or offensive behavior toward staff or other players;
• Money laundering or use of ggg7 for any illegal purpose.

Violation of fair play rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

5.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect payout, ggg7 reserves the right to void all affected bets and correct balances. Affected Users will be notified and refunded their original stake where applicable.

5.3 Bet Acceptance

ggg7 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. We may refuse bets if:

• The bet exceeds our maximum stake limits;
• We suspect fraudulent activity or bonus abuse;
• Incorrect odds were displayed due to technical error;
• The event has already started or concluded.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

6.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

ggg7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We provide the following tools to help Users maintain control:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Time limits and session reminders;
• Self-exclusion options (temporary or permanent);
• Reality checks that display time and money spent;
• Links to problem gambling support resources.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting our customer support team. Self-exclusion options include:

• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Your Account will be closed for a period you specify (minimum 7 days, maximum 6 months). You will not be able to log in or deposit during this period.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Your Account will be permanently closed. You will not be permitted to re-register with ggg7.

During self-exclusion, any promotional materials will cease. At the end of a temporary self-exclusion period, your Account will not automatically reopen—you must contact support to request reactivation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

By using ggg7 services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from ggg7 without written permission;
• Use ggg7 trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the platform;
• Frame, mirror, or create derivative works based on ggg7 content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:

• ggg7 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind;
• ggg7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• ggg7's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim;
• ggg7 is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, payment processor errors, or force majeure events;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and you participate voluntarily at your own risk.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be refunded to you via your preferred payment method, subject to identity verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements.

10.2 Involuntary Closure

ggg7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time if:

• You violate any of these Terms;
• You are found to have multiple accounts;
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You provide false or misleading information;
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority;
• We suspect money laundering or other financial crimes.

In cases of involuntary closure due to Terms violations, ggg7 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Account balance. In all other cases, legitimate balances will be refunded after deducting any applicable fees or charges.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding ggg7 services, please follow this procedure:

1. Contact Customer Support: Email [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a response within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may escalate to our Complaints Manager who will conduct a thorough review and respond within 10 business days.
3. PAGCOR Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR, our regulatory authority. PAGCOR's decision is final and binding on both parties.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of ggg7 services.

12. Amendments to Terms

ggg7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the ggg7 website. Material changes will be notified to Users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of ggg7 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ggg7 regarding your use of our services.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by ggg7 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

13.4 Force Majeure

ggg7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet outages, or government actions.

13.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. ggg7 may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
